Golfové vybavenie pre deti

Zásadná otázka malých golfistov a hlavne ich rodičov je jasná :
Ako si dobre vybrať zo širokej ponuky ? Čo je dôležité ? Na čo nesmieme zabudnúť ?

Výrobcovia palíc sa predháňajú v navrhovaní najrôznejších modelov, špeciálne upravených pre juniorov. Snažia sa vyrobiť palice, ktoré sa čo najviac hodia k postave a švihu detského golfistu.

Hlavný rozdiel medzi palicou pre dospelých a pre deti je samozrejme v dĺžke. Každý výrobca má tabuľku podľa ktorej na základe výšky postavy doporučí dĺžku palice. Tým to však ani zďaleka nekončí. Detské palice by mali mať tiež pružnejší šaft – vhodnejší pre pomalší a menej razantný detský švih.

Hlava palice by mala byť väčšia a odľahčená, palica potom bude tolerantnejšia a lopta sa ľahšie dostane do vzduchu. Grip musí sadnúť do ruky a musí byť prirodzene menší ako grip na palici pre dospelých. Niektorí výrobcovia ponúkajú kompletnú detskú golfovú výbavu – palice, bag, vozík, dáždnik, plyšové kryty a pod...

Vybavenie pre najmenších je často vyzdobené rôznymi obrázkovými motívmi.
